Refund & Returns Policy

At TechnoBlog, many of our products — including apparel, accessories, and tech-themed gear — are custom-made and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partner, PopCustoms.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We accept refund or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted
  • You received the wrong item
  • There was a clear production or printing error

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • A short description of the issue

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Buyer’s remorse or “change of mind”
  • Incorrect sizing or color selections
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

All products are printed on demand, and we cannot restock or resell returned items.

Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Returns & Shipping Costs

Most issues will not require physical returns. If a return is necessary:

  • We will provide specific instructions
  • You may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our fault

How to Start a Claim

Email us at support@technoblog.info with the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the problem

We’ll handle the communication with PopCustoms on your behalf and keep you informed throughout the process.
